Delaware Valley Grantmakers, a Philadelphia-based association of philanthropists and grantmakers, contracted with Iris Creative to conduct and develop a communication audit and action plan. Iris Creative reviewed and analyzed DVG’s current marketing materials and then developed short- and long-term recommendations. As part of the immediate needs, Iris developed a prospective member package including a brochure, folder, target audience benefit sheets, as well as key talking points for board members, staff and volunteers. Together, the audit, plan and materials allow DVG to execute a cohesive program for attracting and retaining members as well as building brand recognition as a leader in their field.
