This medical group, associated with Mercy Health System, wanted a separate identity to communicate the uniqueness of midwifery. Iris wanted to highlight the relationship and care offered – which many patients feel is missing in a traditional OB/GYN practice. The hand painted "heart" which symbolizes a mother and child or a midwife and client, communicates the interaction and support midwifery clients expect.
