New Seasons grew from one to 15 communities in PA and NJ and
had separate marketing materials for each. Although New Seasons
had an existing brand, it had been diluted and they wanted
to reorganize and clarify their message so that their marketing
materials delivered the corporate wide message, complemented
by facility-specific inserts. After interviewing personnel
and visiting sites, Iris designed, wrote and produced new
capabilities materials that reinforces the brand, streamlines
production, reduces costs and insures accuracy of the message
and specific identities of each facility. The system is flexible
and expandable as New Seasons grows.
